At Petrichor Farm, layers enjoy full freedom in 7 acres of mixed pasture and woodland. They only come into the coop to lay their rich, large, brown eggs and to roost overnight under the watchful eye of the resident livestock guardian, Legend.
Is it truly free range if it’s only a few minutes outside each day?
We don’t think so. Our hens agree.
