When faced with revamping the Regional Native Public Defense Corporation’s website and language, Evolve Creative sought support with the task of crafting web copy that could merge the lingo of law with the compassion and approachability of the staff that web visitors would eventually encounter in real life. Petrichor Freelance was able to nail down the vision through meeting with the client and web design team, ultimately delivering compelling copy that conveyed the heart behind the RNPDC and served the public it was intended to reach.
One of the driving purposes behind the RNPDC is to create a new narrative around criminal defense, particularly when it comes to historically marginalized minority groups. This theme flowed throughout the copy, forming a cohesive brand message.
The RNPDC needed to communicate the breadth of services and partnerships available to their community. This section was also useful to raise awareness for potential donors and volunteers who could support the work being done.
