This family-owned resort in the Minnesota Northwoods needed a rebrand, and Evolve Creative contracted with Petrichor Freelance to write web copy to support their efforts. The main goal was to reassure website visitors that staying at The Wilds would be a stress-free, family-friendly experience where every adventurer could find their wild side.
The home page of the newly designed website featured a cohesive brand message of finding yourself in the wild, reflecting the story of the owners.
It also used the repetitive phrase "this is where families come to ________." This strategic copy not only demonstrates the ample opportunities for active fun but also highlights the family-friendliness of the resort.
The owners of The Wilds Resort & Campground wanted to share the story of how they came to be business owners. This page is a fun way for potential IRL visitors to get to know their hosts and form a connection prior to booking a stay.
